Like many companies across the world, Quickparts is being impacted by the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). The virus is impacting our operations in China, South Korea, Italy and other geographies where local governments have taken actions that impact our global workforce and supply chain. As such, we view COVID-19 as a Force Majeure that is beyond the reasonable control of Quickparts. The virus may materially affect the performance of our obligations under any agreement with you. Quickparts could not reasonably have foreseen or provided against the impact of this worldwide pandemic. It is therefore critical that prior to proceeding with your order, you understand and acknowledge that Quickparts shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its agreement to provide goods or services to you based on the impact of COVID-19. Quickparts disclaims the applicability of any Terms and Conditions that conflict with our standard Terms and Conditions linked below. Any attempt to include conflicting terms in a Purchase Order or otherwise is hereby rejected unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Quickparts.
